Q: What are the shipping times for the products?

A: We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 1-3 weeks to deliver it to you, depending on the COVID-19 conditions.

A: Yes, we do. We ship worldwide.

Q: Where do we ship from?

A: Our offices are located in USA. Our international warehouse is located in China.

Q: Do you provide tracking information?

A: Yes, please wait 3 days after your order and ask us via email at info@bellaoutfitters.com.

Q: I have received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

A: We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@bellaoutfitters.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.

Q: I still haven't received my order yet. What is taking so long?

A: We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel that you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about your package, please contact us by email at the following address: info@bellaoutfitters.com. Your tracking link should be put on the special tracking website www.17track.net. Tracking links take between 24-48 hours to fully update. If your tracking link has not updated within that time frame please contact us.

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: We do our best to resolve any problems that our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, in the event that the recourse is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not sold out.
